Shipping and Returns

All packages are currently shipped across India, however cash on delivery is only available in cities such as Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Thane, Delhi, Banglore and Chennai only. Delivery Time
Once your order is received, order processing generally takes 2-3 business days. In extraordinary cases where we preempt a delay in delivery, our customer care will notify you within one business day.

Item Availability
If an item is out of stock, you will see a notification underneath the selected item on the product page. If there is any additional stock issue after the order is placed, you will be notified by customer service providing an estimated shipment date or substitute options.

Refusal of Delivery / Undeliverable
Packages refused for delivery or not deliverable (at the discretion of, the customer will be responsible for all actual shipping charges incurred by including charges incurred from Free Shipping Promotions. Once a package is received back at our warehouse either a credit will be applied to the original credit card less the actual shipping charges incurred by and/or a 2nd shipping charge will be applied to reship the package.

Re-routed Packages
Any packages rerouted because the customer provided an incorrect shipping address, changed the shipping address or any other reason that causes us to reroute the package, will incur additional shipping charges. will immediately charge the customer for any additional shipping charges incurred because of these reasons. If you need a package shipped to an address different than the address entered on the order, please contact us prior to processing your order. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide an accurate shipping address.

Returns & Replacements
All returns for on-line purchases will be picked up by us from the delivered address only. We will notify the time and day of pickup in advance.

If you are not satisfied with your product within 15 days of purchase, you may return it to us using the following procedure:

Please note that all returned merchandise must be intact, new and unused in its original packaging with all the documentation, parts and accessories to ensure full credit. New and unused means it must be in saleable condition, not used, dirty or washed. We will not issue refunds for any item that is not resalable.

In addition, personalized items such as undergarments, feeding accessories, Pillows etc can never be returned if the seal is broken on the package. Food products can never be returned unless damaged in transit. In addition, shipping charges cannot be refunded.

Return shipping costs and the original shipping charges including all Free Shipping offers are the customers responsibility unless the item is damaged or defective (Please see our policy regarding damaged or defective items). We would deduct the actual shipping charges on all returns. In case of free shipping we would deduct Rs. 100 or 5% whichever is higher. is not responsible for lost or damaged returns. Please note we have the right to charge a 30% restocking fee on all returned items.

Damaged Merchandise
Packages unfortunately get damaged in transit, so please make every effort to inspect your package prior to acceptance from the delivery service. If your package has visible exterior damage, please do not accept the package and return it immediately. If the item is damaged, please contact our Customer Service Department immediately. If possible, we will ship out a new item at our discretion and at our expense. Please be sure to have the following information available: model number, serial number/ bill number. Requests for replacement will be processed as quickly as possible.

Defective Merchandise
For items that are found defective 30 days after the date of purchase, please contact the manufacturer directly for warranty information. We cannot replace defective items 30 days after the date of purchase.

Clearance Items
Items marked clearance, close-out, discontinued, open boxed are neither returnable nor refundable.

Special Orders
Some items are special order products and are designated as such on the web site. These non-stock items are ordered on a per-customer basis and are therefore subject to a 30% restocking fee if returned.

Please note that personalized items, custom sized items, made to order items, and fabric yardage may not be cancelled, returned or exchanged.
